The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, or maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, preventative maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the company's business goals and objectives.
Education: High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience
Experience: 3+ years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills with some PLC experience; preferred
Licenses or Certifications: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical; preferred
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION
Schedule: 8 hr. shift, 40 hrs./week, on-call with other employees, flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary
Wage Grade: $14/hr.

To perform the Greenhouse Technician position successfully an individual must perform the duties of this job satisfactorily at a sustained level of productivity by executing all primary and secondary job functions - all while complying with the company HACCP and food safety plans, strict biosecurity measures, and standard operating procedures.
