-4 cups Superior Fresh lettuce
-1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
-1/4 cup radish, sliced paper thin
-1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
-1 cup fresh strawberries, roughly cut
-1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
-1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
-1 tbsp. stone ground mustard
-1 clove garlic, minced
-1 tbsp. strawberry preserves
-1/4 tsp. salt & pepper
1. Wash, dry, and chop the lettuce
2. Blend all vinaigrette ingredients until completely combined.
3. Toss all ingredients together, sprinkling a little extra blue cheese on top.
4. Refrigerate any leftover vinaigrette. Good for 7-10 days.
