B.B.T. Salad (Butterhead, Bacon & Tomato)


  • 1 head of Superior Fresh Living Butterhead

  • 1 beefsteak tomato, sliced in wedges

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

Blue Cheese Dressing

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup whole milk

  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled


  1. Cook bacon using your method of choice. Once cooked, let cool and crumble into small pieces.

  2. Whisk all dressing ingredients together.

  3. Assemble salad and top with dressing. Enjoy!

Tip: We layered our salad in a mason jar for the perfect on the go lunch!
