Cucumber Dill Salmon


  • 1 Superior Fresh Atlantic salmon fillet

  • 1 English cucumber, diced

  • 1 lemon, sliced into wedges

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 2 tbsp. fresh dill, minced

  • Olive oil

  • Salt & pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place salmon on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Bake salmon for 15-20 minutes, until it starts to flake.

  3. In a small pot over medium-high heat, add the milk and greek yogurt and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Continually stir the sauce, adding more milk if desired.

  5. Remove sauce from heat and add in cucumber and half of the minced dill.

  6. Spoon sauce over salmon, top with additional dill, and enjoy!
