Spinach Cheese Puffs


  • 1 container Superior Fresh Baby Spinach, chopped

  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp. dill, chopped

  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta

  • 1 tbsp. bacon bits

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

  • 1 tbsp. butter, melted

  • Salt & pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Grease 9 cups in a muffin tin with cooking spray.

  3. Soften your cream cheese by slowly melting in the microwave. Add egg, oil, and dill to cream cheese and mix well.

  4. In a separate bowl, combine spinach, feta, and bacon bits. Add cream cheese mixture and lightly mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Cut puff pastry into 9 squares. Line each muffin tin cup with one square. Evenly divide the spinach mixture between the 9 cups. Fold the corners of the puff pastry to enclose the spinach mixture. Brush with melted butter.

  6. Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
