1 container of Superior Fresh basil (about 1/2 cup)
1 pre-made pizza crust
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup basil pesto
1 fresh mozzarella log, sliced
1 container tri-colored grape tomatoes, quartered
2 tbsp. balsamic glaze
Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven following the instructions for the pizza crust.
Mix oil and pesto sauce together and spread over the pizza crust, season with salt and pepper.
Place cheese slices and tomatoes over the pesto mixture.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and top with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Slice pizza and serve!
