Honey Orange Salmon

  • 1 Superior Fresh Atlantic salmon fillet, cut into 1.5 inch wide portions (skin on)

  • 2 tbsp. butter

  • 1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed (about 1/2 orange)

  • 3 tbsp. honey

  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce

  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1/2 an orange, sliced for serving

  1. Heat butter in pan over medium-high heat. Sear salmon skin side up for 2 minutes, then flip and sear for 4 more minutes.

  2. While the fish is still in the pan, pour in the orange juice and let cook for 1 minute. Add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds - 1 minute.

  3. Move the salmon to the edges of the pan and add the honey and soy sauce to the middle, stirring well.

  4. Bring to a simmer and cook for an additional minute, until the consistency forms a syrup. Move the salmon back to the middle of the pan and coat well with the syrup mixture.

  5. Remove from the pan once the salmon is crispy enough for your liking.

  6. Season with salt & pepper, and serve!
