POSITION SUMMARY
The IT Systems Analyst will ensure the smooth operation and support of our IT infrastructure, enhancing the usability, reliability and security of our systems through advanced IT solutions.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent education, certifications or experience.
Experience:
2+ years in IT support, system administration, or a similar role, with demonstrable skills in administering Windows environments, networking, and cybersecurity.
POSITION DETAILS
Status: Full-Time
Schedule Expectations:
Primary hours are first shift, with flexibility required to match operational needs.
Willing to work extended hours when necessary and participate in on-call night and weekend shifts for support of critical systems.

Job Functions
Assist with network monitoring and administration for Meraki and Fortinet systems, ensuring robust and secure connectivity.
Maintain active monitoring of our digital security posture; respond to any compromises, monitor audit logs, identify vulnerabilities, propose proactive solutions, maintain exceptional documentation
Support SCADA system operations and security, contributing to the reliability of our aquaculture and hydroponics systems.
Utilize scripting and automation skills for automating processes, dataflows and improving efficiency.
Set up, administer, and manage Windows 365 licensed laptops and desktops ensuring optimal performance.
Oversee printer operations, troubleshoot issues, and manage supplies economically.
Assist users with login and general IT support issues, documenting all work in Jira.
Conduct and manage user training sessions on Office, SharePoint, Teams, and other necessary software.
Administer and optimize Teams, SharePoint and data security within a multi-departmental organization, enhancing collaboration and productivity.
Exhibit a high degree of professionalism, in accordance with Superior Fresh’s core values.
Performs other duties as assigned to support farm operations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Self-motivated to identify problems or areas of improvement and to acquire necessary skills
Competency in network design and management; familiarity with Meraki and Fortinet switches and firewall configurations
Proficiency in cybersecurity best practices, risk assessment and problem identification and mitigation
Familiarity with database administration, data flows and pipelines
Experience with scripting and automation (SQL, Python, PowerShell) a plus.
Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office, high degree of skill in Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience in creating user documentation and training materials.
Experience in Teams and SharePoint administration, particularly in optimizing these tools for collaboration in a multi-departmental organization.
Ability to perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Possess exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
Physical Effort & Work Environment
Must be able to effectively communicate in written and spoken means to perform the requirements of the position.
Must be able to remain standing for long periods of time, move about from one area of the workplace to another
Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Will work in office, greenhouse, refrigerated operations and farm environments which will have varying temperatures
