POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will have a strong focus on sales operations, marketing coordination, social media management and logistics support. This hybrid role requires a self-starting individual to ensure seamless customer order management, sales process coordination, and execution of outbound shipments while also sourcing marketing opportunities, events, and community engagement. Delivering support of marketing design, AI platform integrations and use and graphic creation will also be critical in this role.

Education: High School Diploma, required
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in sales operations, logistics coordination, customer service, marketing or related role.
Licenses or Certifications: Driver’s License
POSITION DETAILS
Status: Full-Time
Schedule:
Up to 20% travel, primarily within the Midwest region.
Occasional air travel for tradeshows, customer visits, or sales support.
Flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of customer order entry and tracking, ensuring accuracy in order management systems.
Coordinate outbound product shipments, including freight scheduling, documentation, and proactive issue resolution.
Support e-commerce order monitoring, fulfillment, and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Develop and refine internal processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy across sales and logistics functions.
Serve as a reliable point of contact for customer order status, sample requests, and post-sale support.
Partner with sales leadership to manage pipelines, track opportunities, and prepare sales performance reports.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities to ensure accurate reporting and insights.
Assist in development of sales tools, trackers, and dashboards to support decision-making and forecasting.
Anticipate customer and sales team needs, providing proactive solutions to streamline workflows.
Coordinate with freight carriers, shipping platforms, and warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
Troubleshoot logistics issues (delays, tracking, documentation) and escalate only when necessary.
Evaluate shipping methods, vendor options, and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with shipping, labeling, and recordkeeping requirements for both retail and wholesale accounts.
Maintain inventory of marketing collateral, promotional items, and sales tools; ensure timely replenishment and vendor coordination.
Create and manage marketing materials and website content to support brand visibility and communication.
Assist with events, demos, and community outreach to enhance customer engagement and local partnerships.
Follow all company designated record keeping activities.
Comply with worker safety, biosecurity and food safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Knowledge & Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with ability to generate reports and manage data.
Demonstrated ability to manage order workflows and logistics independently, with strong attention to detail.
